Raistlin mumbles an arcane phrase and fires a Mgi Missle at the orc. He rolls a 13 + 8 = 21, hitting the Orc squarely between the eyes with the missile. The Orc bellows in pain again, and licks his lips anticipating another hit on the elf.
Raisltin then moves forward, and somehow, when no-one was looking, his Gargoyle ally was suddenly in front of him, between him and the Orc.
