(Wen'keor reminds everyone that his innate power increases everyone's Armour Class by 1 if they are on the same tile as him.)
Wen'keor: "Die, beassst!' (He uses his At-Will power: Trapping Strike to attack the Hunting Drake. If the Drake was up to one tile away he could summon it to him to smite. But since it's adjacent, he just attacks it.) He rolls a D20 and gets a 15, (15 + 8 = 23) >= 14 --> A hit!
He swiftly kills the beast with one swing of his keen axe.
(Now at this point, if a hero kills at least one Monster, then he gets to draw a treasure card. I'm going to make an Game Master decision here. If the Monster is intelligent, then they will be carrying the treasure, but if they are an animal, or something with only animal intelligence, then the treasure will be at the Monster spawning space on the tile, and you'll have to move through the space to pick it up.)
Wen'keor: "The tracksss lead thisss way, fffriendsss. If one of you wisssh to sssearch itsss lair for trinketsss, go ahead. I am honor-bound to sssave the children and cannot tarry."
Wen'keor strides off to the northwest. He reaches the next unexplored tile, and generates it. It's apparently an ancient graveyard, as off in the distance, a Skeleton arises from its grave and advances towards him. He also has a strange feeling that the universe is out to get him. (He generates a Skeleton as the Monster, and the tile generated the "Wrath of the Enemy" Event Curse, which will bring the closest Monster adjacent to him at the end of his Exploration phase, every turn. Since we are already past Wen'keor's Exploration phase this turn, the Curse will start upon his next full turn.)
So here's the results of Wen'keor's turn. Wen'keor has a Curse on him that will cause the nearest Monster to him to be automatically placed next to him. There's a Skeleton advancing towards us, and an unclaimed Treasure.
The Experience Pool has 1 XP in it.
Who's next?
